Cod Napkin | Cinnamon

STORY

The cod, or dare I say “bacalhau”, represents home to me. Portuguese eat salted, dried cod, which needs to be soaked in water for several days before is cooked. This is rooted in our family tradition and Portugal’s culinary identity. It reminds me of Christmas and all the other delicious meals you can cook with it — we say there are 365 ways to prepare salted cod, one for each day of the year.
